They cover different topics like how tobacco companies try to get youth to vape, how vaping nicotine and marijuana can affect your health, and a few go even further and explore how to get motivated, stay positive, deal with stress, and take control of your life.

What do your friends think about using nicotine compared to marijuana? What do you think?
Think about a time when you were happiest. What was going on then? What do you think you would have to do to feel like that again?
What are some things that have caused you stress recently? What are a few ways you cope with stress? What might you do differently if you experience that stressor again?
How do you think your life would change if you stopped using nicotine and/or marijuana? What changes might you notice in the next few weeks and what changes might you notice in the next few months?
